What will my plan cost?
Essentials is $599. Full Production is $999 for four hours of footage. Both have a $50 setup fee, plus applicable tax. Travel outside Edmonton and optional $100 rural internet setup are additional.
What if the venue has no reliable internet?
Add rural internet setup for $100. We can bring Starlink and will check the venue, power, and connectivity before event day.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Other trips up to 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.15/km. Trips over 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.35/km. Final travel arrangements are confirmed before booking.
How do guests watch, and is a recording included?
Share your event code with your guests. They enter it on our website to watch. Every plan includes a recording.
Can BMEvents train our volunteers?
Volunteer involvement can be discussed as part of a recurring church streaming plan. BMEvents can either handle the stream directly or work alongside church staff and volunteers depending on the setup.
Can BMEvents help us transition to handling streams ourselves?
For recurring church clients, BMEvents can discuss a setup that supports the church's long-term streaming goals, including staff or volunteer involvement where appropriate.
Who is responsible for music licensing?
The church or event organizer is responsible for confirming that the service content can be streamed and recorded, including any music, lyrics, or licensed content.
Can sermons be streamed to our own channel?
For one-time events, streams are accessed through the BMEvents website using an event code. For recurring church clients, direct streaming to the church's own channel or platform can be discussed as part of the partnership.
