Tell us your event type, date, venue location, and general streaming needs. We'll build a tailored scope.
We handle the professional camera setup, audio capture, event page generation, private code, and internet checks.
Guests go to BMEvents, type the private code, and watch the high-definition stream or on-demand replay later.
If venue Wi-Fi or wired internet is weak, we can use our own Starlink-based network when the setup location and sky access are suitable.
Booking Details
Every event is different, so pricing is based on event type, length, location, setup needs, audio, internet, and whether you choose Essentials or Full Production.
BMEvents currently serves events anywhere in Alberta, with plans to expand into other provinces soon. Travel and setup details are confirmed during the quote process.
Every stream is recorded, and the full recording is sent to the client after the event once processing is complete.
Viewers watch through the BMEvents website using an event code. BMEvents provides the code, and the client decides how to share it.
Streams can be viewed through the event code when replay access is enabled. Replay availability can be confirmed as part of the event setup.
BMEvents can use reliable venue internet or provide Starlink when setup conditions allow. Starlink requires a suitable location and clear sky access.
Most events need power, setup time, a suitable camera location, safe equipment space, and audio access when available.
Setup time depends on the package, venue, and complexity. Essentials is usually simpler; Full Production needs more time for cameras, audio, switching, and graphics.
The more notice, the better. Short-notice requests may be possible depending on availability.
Deposit, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling details are confirmed during the quote and booking process.
Accessibility needs can be discussed during the quote process. Mention captions or special access requirements when requesting a quote.
