From first conversation to event day
Tell us the schedule, venue, type of performance, number of acts, and whether one stage view or multiple angles are needed.
BMEvents prepares the camera setup, audio capture, stream page, private code, recording, and internet option.
Viewers enter the event code on BMEvents and watch live or replay later.
A few useful answers
Essentials is $599. Full Production is $999 for four hours of footage. Both have a $50 setup fee, plus applicable tax. Travel outside Edmonton and optional $100 rural internet setup are additional.
Add rural internet setup for $100. We can bring Starlink and will check the venue, power, and connectivity before event day.
Travel is included for Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Other trips up to 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.15/km. Trips over 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.35/km. Final travel arrangements are confirmed before booking.
Share your event code with your guests. They enter it on our website to watch. Every plan includes a recording.
The studio, school, or event organizer is responsible for confirming that the performance content can be streamed and recorded, including music, theatre, choreography, or licensed content.
BMEvents sends the full recording to the client after the event. The studio or organizer decides how the recording is shared or distributed, as long as they have the proper permissions.
BMEvents plans camera placement to avoid blocking the audience as much as possible while still capturing the performance properly.
Yes. BMEvents can quote multi-show coverage for dance studios, music schools, theatre groups, and performance organizations.
