What will my plan cost?
Essentials is $599. Full Production is $999 for four hours of footage. Both have a $50 setup fee, plus applicable tax. Travel outside Edmonton and optional $100 rural internet setup are additional.
What if the venue has no reliable internet?
Add rural internet setup for $100. We can bring Starlink and will check the venue, power, and connectivity before event day.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Other trips up to 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.15/km. Trips over 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.35/km. Final travel arrangements are confirmed before booking.
How do guests watch, and is a recording included?
Share your event code with your guests. They enter it on our website to watch. Every plan includes a recording.
Can BMEvents show donation information?
Yes. Donation information, sponsor logos, event intro screens, and basic graphics can be included with the Full Production Package or quoted as add-ons. BMEvents can display donation details but does not process donations directly unless a specific integration is arranged.
Can sponsor logos be shown?
Yes. Sponsor logos and recognition graphics can be included when planned in advance.
Can public streams be shared widely?
Yes. All streams are accessed through an event code. The client decides whether to share the code privately or publicly, including on social media.
What happens if the event is outdoors?
Outdoor events depend on power, weather, camera placement, audio, and internet availability. BMEvents can review the setup and provide Starlink internet when setup conditions allow.
