BMEvents plans the camera setup, audio, presentation capture, stream page, event access, recording, and internet option.

Your audience watches online
Remote viewers access the stream through BMEvents and can watch the replay if enabled.

event day.

What will my plan cost?

Essentials is $599. Full Production is $999 for four hours of footage. Both have a $50 setup fee, plus applicable tax. Travel outside Edmonton and optional $100 rural internet setup are additional.

What if the venue has no reliable internet?

Add rural internet setup for $100. We can bring Starlink and will check the venue, power, and connectivity before event day.

Is travel included?

Travel is included for Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Other trips up to 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.15/km. Trips over 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.35/km. Final travel arrangements are confirmed before booking.

How do guests watch, and is a recording included?

Share your event code with your guests. They enter it on our website to watch. Every plan includes a recording.

Can BMEvents support remote presenters?

Remote presenter support can be discussed during planning. BMEvents can review the event format and recommend the best setup for in-room speakers, remote speakers, or hybrid audiences.

Can BMEvents integrate with Zoom or Teams?

Zoom, Teams, or other meeting platform needs can be discussed during the quote process. The standard BMEvents viewing experience is through the BMEvents website using an event code.

Can BMEvents do a rehearsal or tech check?

For corporate events, conferences, panels, and hybrid events, a rehearsal or technical check can be discussed as part of the production plan.

Can BMEvents support confidential or private events?

Yes. Viewers access the stream through the BMEvents website using an event code. The client controls who receives the code.
