What will my plan cost?
Essentials is $599. Full Production is $999 for four hours of footage. Both have a $50 setup fee, plus applicable tax. Travel outside Edmonton and optional $100 rural internet setup are additional.
What if the venue has no reliable internet?
Add rural internet setup for $100. We can bring Starlink and will check the venue, power, and connectivity before event day.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Other trips up to 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.15/km. Trips over 600 km round trip are estimated at $0.35/km. Final travel arrangements are confirmed before booking.
How do guests watch, and is a recording included?
Share your event code with your guests. They enter it on our website to watch. Every plan includes a recording.
Who is responsible for student privacy and permissions?
The school or event organizer is responsible for confirming that students, staff, performers, and event content can be streamed and recorded.
Can BMEvents support private family access?
Yes. Families can watch through the BMEvents website using an event code provided by the school. The school decides how the code is shared.
Can BMEvents support multi-day graduations or ceremonies?
Yes. BMEvents can quote multi-day or multi-event coverage depending on the schedule, venue, and production needs.
When do graduate names or graphics need to be provided?
If names, titles, slides, or graphics are needed, they should be provided in advance so BMEvents can prepare the production properly.
