Watching an event
Viewers visit BMEvents and enter the private event code provided by the organizer, OR click a direct shared link sent by the host which automatically populates the code for them. No software downloads or third-party accounts are required.
No. Viewers only need the event code or shared link supplied by the event host to access the livestream or available replay.
Yes. Remote viewers can watch from any city, province, or country using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a standard internet connection.
Double-check the letters and numbers and enter the code again, or click the direct shared link provided by the organizer. If access is still unavailable, contact the event host to confirm the code.

Planning & pricing
Pricing is quoted for each event based on event length, venue location, audio integration, camera count (single vs. multi-camera), setup requirements, and network needs.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure date availability and allow time for venue network testing. Short-notice bookings are evaluated based on schedule availability.
BMEvents is based in Edmonton and operates anywhere in Alberta — including Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Banff, Canmore, Jasper, Fort McMurray, and rural venues across the province.

Audio, internet & technical production
We prefer to use the venue's dedicated internet or Wi-Fi connection when reliable. We conduct a pre-event network assessment to test speed and stability before event day.
If venue internet is limited or unavailable, BMEvents carries Starlink satellite internet and cellular bonding equipment, allowing us to stream clearly and reliably from anywhere in Alberta.
We patch directly into venue soundboards or supply wireless lapel/handheld microphones to capture crystal-clear voice and music audio without room echo.
Our crew monitors audio and video throughput continuously throughout the event. In the rare event of a brief local internet hiccup, full-resolution master video files are saved locally on our cameras for delivery afterward.

Recordings & privacy control
Yes. Every BMEvents production includes a full-resolution digital master video recording file delivered post-event for permanent archiving and sharing.
The organizer controls event access by choosing who receives the event code or direct shared link. If the organizer keeps the code private, only invited guests can watch.
