Before You Book
Clear answers about event codes, recordings, packages, venue setup, internet, and what each client type usually needs to know.

Most events require access to power, setup time before the event, a suitable camera location, a safe space for equipment, and audio access when available.
Setup time depends on the package, venue, and complexity. Essentials setups are usually simpler, while Full Production requires more time for multiple cameras, audio, switching, and graphics.
The more notice, the better. Early booking gives BMEvents time to confirm the venue, audio, internet, schedule, and production needs. Short-notice requests may be possible depending on availability.

Essentials is for simple, reliable livestreaming with one fixed camera angle, clear audio, private event code access, recording, and stream monitoring.
Full Production is for a more advanced broadcast with multiple camera views, camera operation, live switching, enhanced audio, optional graphics, and recording.

Outdoor ceremonies may be possible depending on power, weather, camera placement, audio, and internet availability. BMEvents can review the setup and provide Starlink internet when conditions allow.
